As the Fourth of July weekend approaches, I am eager to attend a trip to Arizona with two of my high school friends, Spencer and Brayden. This trip is special as we will be reuniting with our high school best friend Wyatt, whom I haven’t seen in almost six months. Wyatt, who started his own epoxy flooring business right after high school, now has his own shop house, and I am excited to see the success he has achieved. We will leave after work on July 3rd, we fly out of Sioux Falls, and fly into Mesa where Wyatt will pick us up.
Upon our arrival in Mesa, we have an exciting three days planned. One of our first activities will be dining at some of the finest steak houses the area has to offer. These dining experiences together will allow us to bond and celebrate our enduring friendship, while also reminiscing about some old times in an upscale setting.
In addition to dining out, we have planned several outdoor adventures to make the most of our time in Arizona. We are planning on hitting up a local lake for the Fourth of July. Following our time at the lake, we plan to go sand dunning, which promises a one-of-a-kind experience. These outdoor activities will not only be fun, but they will also provide a chance to enjoy some time with my friends and beautiful sunny weather.
Another highlight of our trip will be attending a special event in honor of Wyatts dad’s 50th birthday. This will be our last night in Mesa, so we will likely be looking to go out with a bang. Wyatt has organized a surprise birthday party for his father, and we are excited to be a part of it. Celebrating with Wyatt’s family will give us a glimpse into his current lifestyle and allow us to express our appreciation to his dad. It will most definitely be a memorable experience!
Overall, the trip to Arizona is shaping up to be a banger. It will include a perfect blend of excitement, relaxation, and celebration. From reconnecting with Wyatt and experiencing his success to enjoying gourmet meals and thrilling outdoor activities, the weekend should be unforgettable. I am looking forward to creating new memories with my friends and returning home rejuvenated and inspired by the experiences we will share during this Fourth of July holiday.
